Do I have any more NS (reservist) obligation after joining SCDF?
You will still have NS (reservist) obligation after joining SCDF. However in view of your uniformed occupation in the Force, you will be disrupted from all NS activities. This disruption will be revoked should you leave the Force subsequently.
Will I get regular pay during my Emergency Response Specialist (Paramedic) Course in SCDF?
Yes. You will be paid the full salary for the 18-month of Emergency Response Specialist (Paramedic) Course.
What is the retirement age for SCDF FRS?
50 years old.
What is the retirement age for SCDF Paramedic?
50 years old.
