Yes, upon completing the training, a qualified Paramedic will get an extra monthly allowance of $400.

Is the 18-month of Emergency Response Specialist (Paramedic) Course part of the 2-year training bond?

No. The bond will only commence after the completion of the Emergency Response Specialist (Paramedic) Course.
